“During my master’s program in positive psychology, my professor once said (paraphrasing): ‘There is no such thing as a weakness—only lesser strengths and strengths potentials.’
That idea gave me a whole new perspective on personal growth. Instead of seeing personal struggles as problems, we can view them as strengths waiting to be redirected or balanced. This shift in perspective led me to create the 42 Strengths model—to help people stop ‘fixing themselves’ and start expanding their strengths in a way that empowers them.”

Some facts about me: Throughout my journey, I’ve loved exploring new sports—from aikido and acrobatic rock’n’roll dance to surfing—as well as different forms of meditation. But these days, I find my deepest flow moments in gamifying psychology education through the medieval fantasy world of the Quantum Dream.
Here, all 42 strengths come to life through 11 archetypal characters of the royal family, who journey across the kingdom—representing the collective human consciousness as they navigate emotional landscapes like the Plains of Serenity, the Volcano of Anger, and the Forest of Fear—healing themselves and others through their dreams along the way.
I’m currently launching a local strengths club to bring these ideas to life in the real world. Using interactive educational tools—including the 42 Strengths card set, the Board Game of 17 Emotions, and 11 Archetypal Characters for Roleplay—I help people connect, reflect, and grow while exploring their core strengths and emotions.
